Visit to Smith’s Nursery in Lymm on Thurs 18 April 2024

John Bygate has offered to arrange a visit to Smith’s Nursery. This has now been arranged for Thursday 18 April at 1.30 pm. The visit will last an hour to an hour and a half, followed by tea/coffee.

Smith’s specialise in producing plants, bedding, etc., and sell direct to the  public and the trade. John has found them to be very competitive and buys his winter and bedding plants from them.

The maximum number that can be accommodated is 20 so in the first instance the visit will be for members only.Please let John know by email by 5pm on Wednesday 20th March. If the visit is under-subscribed at that point then we can look at opening it up or possibly arranging a second visit if required

The address is Smith's Nursery, Booths Lane, Lymm, WA13 0PF. John says if you don’t know the local roads, the easiest way is to take Cherry Lane signposted Lymm from the motorway island M6 junction 20 at Lymm Services. Booths  Hill Road is the first on the left after about 1/2 mile.
